Or, in order to obtain a rental yield, the investment power that REIF have is much greater in terms of access to and investment opportunities in properties that have a higher rental yield and rate of return, but where the real estate value is high.

In short, unlike qualified investors with a certain investment power, it is much easier for REIF to turn to real estate with more profit from buying and selling or real estate with a higher rental yield due to the fact that their investment power is greater.
