Qualified Properties in Real Estate Investment Funds

In an individual sense, many investments are made in the field of real estate within our country. However, making this investment through REIF provides many advantages for the investor. Today I will be talking about one of these advantages, the possibility of access to qualified properties.

Real Estate Investment Funds invest in real estate in accordance with their purpose of establishment and communique. For this reason, he specializes in the real estate market, is always aware of the market and has access to qualified properties. I would especially like to note that portfolio companies and employee staffs are also of great importance in this regard.

An investor who has a certain amount in his/her hand for the purpose of investment; can purchase apartments, shops, offices, fields, land Dec. They have stronger hands in making bulk purchases in qualified projects and taking advantage of discounts or negotiating with project owners in terms of pay conditions. Or, in order to obtain a rental yield, the investment power that REIF have is much greater in terms of access to and investment opportunities in properties that have a higher rental yield and rate of return, but where the real estate value is high.

In short, unlike qualified investors with a certain investment power, it is much easier for REIF to turn to real estate with more profit from buying and selling or real estate with a higher rental yield due to the fact that their investment power is greater.
